Came here for my birthday to eat sushi and Donny, José, Ismael, and Tarick created such a wonderful environment. They made me feel very special and attended to all of my needs. On top of that, they make some really good sushi. Luke, the server, was so kind and welcoming. He made sure everything was set for me and made me a birthday treat! Definitely, recommend the restaurant and the people working there. They are truly good at what they do. Excellent service. Special experience.

We were there for a friend's birthday. The food was fabulous. The service was great. The atmosphere was nice. Parking attendants were great too. All in all it was a good experience

Visiting from Jacksonville FL this place was amazing!! from the valet cars to the service. Our host Jay and our chef Shawn were wonderful amazing customer service and the food was a 12/10 large portion sizes for sure. The photo booth was a cherry on top love this place.

5/5 stars – Excellent Hibachi Experience at Nakato! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Went on a Sunday evening with reservations, and everything went smoothly from the start. The restaurant is very clean, with valet parking available which made things easy. Seating was quick, and the staff was nice and welcoming. I’ve done hibachi plenty of times, and Nakato’s food was definitely above average—really solid flavors and execution. The California rolls were awesome—fresh and perfectly made. For the hibachi, the steak and chicken were prepared well, juicy and flavorful with great ambiance all around (the energy at the grill is fun!). One note: the chef was a bit heavy-handed with the seasoning on some items, but it didn’t ruin the meal at all—just personal taste. Not a fan of the upcharge for fried rice at a habachi spot - but nothing a deal breaker!! Overall, great hibachi, fresh sushi highlights, friendly service, and a classic Atlanta spot worth visiting. We’ll definitely be back! 5/5 – Highly recommend for hibachi lovers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were in Atlanta and the traffic was horrible. My wife and I chose to eat instead of getting frustrated on the road. Within 15 minutes of our location was this restaurant. I love Japanese cuisine so it was a no-brainer. We arrived at the beginning of their service hours. The place was vacant except for a handful of diners. My wife and I ordered at the hibachi area because they had a large party in the dining room. That's backward to what I'm used to, but it was fine wherever they wanted to start us. I ordered the filet mignon and my wife ordered the filet mignon with shrimp. The only complaint I had for the meal was the chives. They were in the soup and they were in the fried rice. I could have done without chives. Otherwise, this location is highly recommended!
